Teacher in charge of the Basic Conversation Course in English, given at the Civil Police Department – Brasilia – DF - 1975
Interpreter and translator (Portuguese/English/Portuguese) during one year, for GEIPOT (Brazilian Transport Planning Company) – Brasilia – 1976

Nine years in Brasilia (Cultural Affairs, operation of telecommunications equipment (including cryptographic machines), Chancellery Officer at the Press Room of the Minister’s Office – 1977/86.
